Graduate Trainees

Unique training academy that provides a structured learning and development programme helping you to become a professional recruiter and achieve recognised industry accreditation. All our recruitment consultants are encouraged to study for the Certificate in Recruitment Practice (CertRP) and embark on continuous professional development programmes. Our directors have an MBA, CIPD and CIPS qualifications and your own development goals will be supported every step of the way.

TalentHawk always has a keen eye for experienced talent. To grow our business nationally we are looking for experienced technology recruiters capable of managing clients in their chosen geography. We appreciate that flexible working is key to attracting the very best talent so we have created a remote working model that allows experienced hires to work from home with support from head office. You can choose any combination of days, up to 5 days a week, giving you the freedom to concentrate on your core business without the financial, physical and mental stress of commuting to an office. Our philosophy is to provide the very best technology and tools, and treat you like a mature business leaders. We think that KPIs are far less important than business results.
